Jill Fischman has been a proud resident of Bloomfield for over 40 years and is a graduate of the Bloomfield Public Schools. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, and a Supervisor’s Certification from Caldwell University.
